Who is responsible for ensuring that decisions are made with the involvement of stakeholders?

At first glance! the answer is obvious and those who make such decisions are responsible for everything. However! the responsibility also lies with those who are involved. After all! we all know that it is impossible to involve Who is responsible  someone who does not want to be involved.

In times of war! exercising one’s right to participate in decision-making is even more difficult than in peacetime. There are a number of security restrictions! problems with power supply! and emotional stress in general.

We have begun to solve issues that are not inherent to us

Local governments have learned to buy drones! and volunteers have learned to understand the classes of ammunition! Who is responsible  sights! walkie-talkies! and various devices. Participation in decision-competitors! highlighting the differences making in times of war seems so irrelevant! so unimportant! and insignificant! because people are dying! because the military needs our help here and now. The main thing is our freedom and victory – everything else seems less important. But isn’t participation in decision-making a component of freedom and victory?  We must form an answer to this question! taking into account the bitter experience of losing freedom and democracy in general.

So what engagement format should you use?

It is safe to say that using only the offline format is unrealistic. Although! it also has its advantages that online communication does not and can never provide: emotional contact! simplification of interaction! a sense of community and unity.

Recommendations for general engagement and participatory decision-making can be tentatively offered for several parties: those who engage and those who are engaged.

The first is representatives of government and bodies who intend more flexible! secure! and sustainable data centers in the face of the rise of ai to involve different groups of people in decision-making. It is important to understand who you want to consult (i.e. your target audience)! where these target groups can be found! and in what format they can be involved.

The second is those who are involved

Here it is important to engage in dialogue! offer options! solutions and unite with representatives of the sector to form a consolidated position. And yes! this is almost impossible to do without leadership and unification. You can pay attention to involvement in the recovery process: from participation in the formation of development strategies! book your list comprehensive recovery programs or recovery and development plans! reconstruction projects! to participation in the recovery process through the DREAM system.

By taking responsibility for engagement and participation! we have a chance to collaboratively sustain democracy during wartime! despite the absence of elections! difficult circumstances! and the absence of many conditions for this very participation. We can keep the lights on even when it is out.
