What has been the biggest mistake you have made during your professional career?
Thinking that once you finish your degree you already know everything, and honestly, I think that’s a mistake because that’s precisely the moment when you really start learning.

There are many interesting events about tourism and/or marketing from which we can learn, and each of them can provide us with different and enriching insights.
