Democratic post-war elections

And as the former President of the United States of America Ronald Reagan said – not a single regime has yet been able to risk holding free elections. And this is a huge risk and challenge for Ukraine and Ukrainians to hold free! fair! . Although some countries! there are such examples! held elections during the war. We will not focus on this! we will take the end Democratic post of the war and the possibility of holding post-war elections as the starting point.

Specific! systematized recommendations on necessary actions and measures to ensure such post-war elections will be provided at the end.

It is very important to start a professional discussion around the steps that the authorities! society! and citizens’ associations! both in Ukraine and abroad! need to take in order to make post-war elections possible. Because achieving peace or a truce is not enough to be able to hold these elections.

Unfortunately! we already have a negative fact when the state has not prepared for the end of the five-year term of office of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

 

Unfortunately! the number of Ukrainians abroad is the cio! the driver of cyber awareness among workers increasing every day! internally displaced refugees are returning to the occupied territories! and hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians are in the army.

Mostly Ukrainians who are abroad are children and women

But the part of men who are abroad is not critically large. Mostly these are disabled people and parents of minor children who have 3 or more in the family. But still! citizens lived in the hope that soon clean email the time would come for them to return home.

Moreover! Ukrainian citizens! as far as I know! are trying to switch from temporary protection to other types of residence permits in European countries. This is due to the policy of the host states.
